Services
Metaworks provides website design services using WordPress themes and templates. We customise these themes according to the client’s requirements and deliver a completed website design.
We do not sell or provide hosting, domains, or third-party plugins. However, we may assist clients by guiding them on where to purchase these services.
Payments
To start a project, a non-refundable advance payment is required.
The remaining balance must be paid after the project is completed and approved by the client.
No final files, access, or delivery will be provided until the full payment has been received.
Cancellations
If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, the advance payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Once the project is completed, the client must pay the remaining amount as agreed.
Ownership and Usage
As Metaworks uses licensed WordPress themes and resources, full ownership of the theme itself remains with the original theme provider.
Clients receive full rights to use and manage their completed website for personal or business purposes after final payment.
Delivery and Support
After completion, the project files or access will be shared with the client.
Metaworks LTD provides 1-day free support after delivery, limited to general assistance or small adjustments.
After this period, any further help or changes may require an additional fee.
Client Data
We only collect basic client information (such as name and email) for communication and project delivery purposes.
All personal data is permanently deleted after the project and support period ends to ensure privacy and data protection.
Limitation of Liability
Metaworks will not be held responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or downtime caused by hosting providers, plugins, or third-party services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and managing their hosting accounts.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Metaworks, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
