Refund Policy

At Metaworks, we value our clients and aim to provide high-quality website design services. However, to maintain clarity and fairness for both sides, please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. Advance Payment
    All projects require a small advance payment before work begins. This advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances — whether the project has started, is in progress, or cancelled by the client.
  2. Project Completion and Approval
    After completion, the project will first be shown to the client for review. The client can request changes within 3 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued after the project has been delivered or approved, even if the client decides not to use it.
  3. Refund in Case of Delay
    A refund will only be issued if Metaworks fails to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe, and the delay is confirmed in writing by both sides. Each project may have a different delivery timeframe depending on its size and complexity.
  4. Partial or Full Payments
    Clients are never required to pay the full amount upfront. The remaining balance will only be requested once the client confirms satisfaction with the final design.
  5. No Other Refund Situations
    Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, project cancellation by the client, or dissatisfaction after delivery — except for the delay case mentioned above.
